Dispatch
All stocked items will be dispatched within 3 business days from the date the order was placed. Some specialty or pre-order items may take longer to ship; customers will be notified if so.
- Please note that all orders are sent on business days only.
- All orders are sent with a signature for delivery required.
Shipping time and Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. The shipping lead time will be varied from different destinations, normally it is about 3-14 business days.
Customs / Acceptance of delivery
Customers are responsible for organizing their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they choose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Products to be delivered to some countries may be subject to import and/or customs duty, depending on the type of product and the destination country. We cannot predict whether any or what costs may be charged to clear the goods through customs.
For more information, please contact your own national customs office. Nonetheless, any costs relating to import and/or customs duty are to be paid by the Customer.

We understand the need for privacy. It is our policy never to reveal our customers or your information to any other person or company. All information you provide will be held in our secure database. Private means private.

Incorrect address
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.
